Glatt Watch Reservation Terms

By paying an $18 reservation fee, you are reserving your place in line to purchase the specific Glatt watch model selected when you make your reservation.

1. Your Selected Model

Your reservation applies to the specific Glatt watch model identified in your reservation confirmation. Reservations are model-specific.

2. $18 Reservation Fee

The reservation fee is $18. It is not the purchase of a watch. If you complete the purchase of your reserved watch, the full $18 will be credited toward the purchase price.

3. Refundable Reservation

You may cancel your reservation at any time before completing your purchase, and your $18 reservation fee will be refunded. Refunds are issued as Glatt store credit by default: a credit to your account for the full $18, redeemable toward any future Glatt purchase, with no expiration. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method instead of store credit, contact us at kibitz@glattwatches.com and we'll arrange it. Please note that card issuers generally only accept refunds within about 120 days of the original charge; if that window has passed, we'll arrange another way to send your refund (such as bank transfer or PayPal) rather than a card refund.

4. Your Place in Line

Your reservation secures your place in line to purchase the model you selected. A reservation is not a completed purchase and does not transfer ownership of a watch.

5. If Glatt Cannot Offer Your Reserved Model

If Glatt Watches is unable to offer you the opportunity to purchase the specific model you reserved, your $18 reservation fee will be refunded in full, using the same options described in Section 3.

6. Purchase Invitation

When your reserved model becomes available, Glatt will contact you at the email address associated with your reservation with instructions for completing your purchase.

You will have 72 hours from the time the purchase invitation is sent to complete your purchase. If you do not complete your purchase within that period, your reservation will expire and Glatt may make the watch available to another customer. Your $18 reservation fee will be refunded automatically, per Section 3.

7. Price and Final Purchase

The $18 reservation fee will be credited toward the purchase price of your reserved watch. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges, if any, will be disclosed when you complete your purchase.

8. Timing

Any production, availability or delivery dates communicated before your purchase are estimates and may change. Your reservation does not guarantee a particular production or delivery date.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have selected a specific Glatt watch model, have read these Reservation Terms, and agree to the refund terms described in Section 3 above.
