Glatts are limited editions and WILL sell out. We want to keep our friends, family, and fans from getting shut out. So, today, as long as reservations are still available, you can reserve one with an $18 deposit. When it's ready, you'll receive an email with a link that allows you to pay the remaining cost for the Glatt you selected ($582 plus shipping and tax). Once you do, your Glatt will ship. If you don't claim your Glatt within 72 hours, your reservation will be cancelled and your $18 will be refunded.

No. The $18 is a deposit against the price, not a fee on top of it. $18 now, $582 later, $600 total. The reservation is a claim on a specific piece from the run. It is not a waitlist, and the piece is not sold as in-stock inventory.

You'll be plotzing! We'll email you with a link allowing you to pay the outstanding balance plus shipping and tax. You'll also be able to confirm your shipping address, so some other shlemiel doesn't get your Glatt. Then, it'll be on it's way. If you don't order the Glatt you reserved within 72 hours, you're SOL and will get your deposit back.

A TMI  NH35 automatic. It beats at 21,600 vibrations per hour, holds roughly 41 hours of power reserve, and hacks, so the seconds hand stops when you pull the crown and you can set it precisely.

We chose it because it can be serviced by any competent watchmaker without an argument about parts. A watch you cannot service is a watch with an expiry date.

No. It winds itself from the motion of your wrist. Leave it in a drawer for a couple of days and it will stop; wind it and set it, and it will get back to ticking.

The case is 316L stainless steel, 40.0 mm across and 46.0 mm lug to lug, with a 22 mm lug width. It is a compact, squared cushion case rather than a large diver, and it sits flat under a cuff.

Every mechanical watch does eventually. A movement like this is designed to be opened, cleaned and re-lubricated by a watchmaker, and parts are widely available. Keep it away from magnets and hard knocks and it will ask for very little in between.

In Yiddish, it means smooth. And, these babies are indeed smooth.
