Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Glatt Watches website and your purchase of Glatt watches. By using this site or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. The Reservation Program

Glatt watches are sold exclusively through a reservation program: an initial $18 reservation fee, refundable as described in our Reservation Terms, followed by an invitation to complete your purchase when your reserved model is ready. Full details of that program are in our Reservation Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms of Service. A reservation is not a purchase and does not guarantee delivery of a specific unit, production date, or ship date.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a reservation or purchase on this site.

3. Product Information

We've made reasonable efforts to display our watches, specifications, and pricing accurately. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you've placed a reservation, though we'll notify you of any change that materially affects your reserved model.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars. The $18 reservation fee and the remaining purchase price (including shipping and applicable tax) are charged as described in the Reservation Terms. We use Shopify Payments to process transactions and do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

5. Intellectual Property

The Glatt Watches name, logo, "GLATT," the roundel mark, product names (The Bagel, Pastrami on Rye, The Half Sour, Black Cherry Soda), and all site content, design, and imagery are the property of Glatt Watches or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use this site to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glatt Watches is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your reservation, beyond the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for a defective product.
