Refund Policy

Reservations ($18)

The $18 reservation fee is refundable if you cancel your reservation before completing your purchase, or if your 72-hour purchase window expires without completing your purchase. Refunds are issued as Glatt store credit by default, redeemable toward any future purchase with no expiration. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method instead, contact us at kibitz@glattwatches.com and we'll arrange it — note that card issuers generally only accept refunds within about 120 days of the original charge, so refunds requested after that window will be sent another way (such as bank transfer or PayPal) instead of back to your card. If Glatt is unable to offer you the opportunity to purchase the model you reserved, your $18 is refunded in full using the same options above. Full details are in our Reservation Terms.

Completed watch purchases

Once you've completed your purchase through your personal claim link and paid the remaining balance, standard return terms apply:

• You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the amount paid at that step (the $582 balance, shipping, and applicable tax).
• The watch must be unworn, in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the watch arrived damaged or defective, see our Shipping Policy for damaged-in-transit handling.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Once you've completed your purchase, your $18 reservation fee has already been applied toward the purchase price. Returning the watch under this policy refunds the amount you paid at that step (the balance, shipping, and tax), not a separate $18 refund on top of it, per our Reservation Terms.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your watch arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at kibitz@glattwatches.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, per our Shipping Policy.

Exchanges

We don't currently offer direct exchanges (e.g., swapping models). To get a different model, return your watch under this policy and place a new reservation.
