Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States (including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses), Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

Shipping and handling fee

A flat shipping and handling fee applies to your Glatt watch and is charged, along with the remaining balance, when you complete your purchase, not at the time of your $18 reservation: $15 within the United States and its territories, $20 to Canada or Mexico, $35 to the United Kingdom, or $40 to the European Union.

When your watch ships

Glatt watches are made to order. We currently expect to begin shipping in early 2027. This is an estimate based on our production schedule, not a guarantee, and it may change. If our estimated ship window changes, we will notify you by email.

Once your reservation is ready, you will receive an email with a link to complete your purchase. Your watch ships after that purchase is completed, not at the time of your original reservation.

Lost or damaged in transit

Glatt is responsible for your watch until it is delivered to you. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at kibitz@glattwatches.com and we will replace it or refund you in full. You will never be asked to file a claim with the carrier yourself.

Keep your address up to date

Because there is a gap between your reservation and your watch shipping, please make sure the address on your account is current when you complete your purchase. We ship to the address provided at checkout, not the address on file at the time of your original reservation.
